What would you like to see here to support your literacy?

What are you using here? What isn't working and needs tweaked or removed? What do you still need?

What about the plans that coincide with frameworks?

And also ideas on how to incorporate all of the new curriculum. Words their Way, Making Meaning, into what we are already doing.

Ditto; I would love to see more help incorporating the new adopted curriculum and technology.

I would like to have the younger students be taught, along with their families, about the correct use of internet useage to help with their educational success.

It would be great to share ideas through a central district blogging site about the curriculum we use and how we integrated our lessons.

I would also like to see a program that would support and interact with Words their Way. In addition, our 4th grade uses spell city as an option for spelling words but it is blocked at school. Is there another comparible site that is ok?
My biggest problem is the lack of working computers in the classroom. I only have 1 that works. I believe we are getting new computers for the lab and then classrooms will get the 'old' ones.
We are reading Pollyanna for our CORE literacy requirement. I would like to start a blog with my class on who they think Miss Polly's 'boyfriend' is. We have had lots of predictions in class, but I think a blog would open up more conversation and get some great dialog going.
